Associate's degree Required Skills/Competencies: • A minimum of 2
years of experience • Critical thinking • A basic understanding of
medical device complaint handling and procedures Preferred
Skills/Competencies: • Knowledge 21 CFR 820.198, ISO 13485, and/or
ISO 14971 Quality Assurance Representative Responsibilities: • Owns
customer complaint investigations for medical devices as required
by the documented complaint handling procedure • Seeks out required
information for complaint investigations and ensures records are
thoroughly investigated and documented • This may require
navigating multiple systems and/or collaborating professionally
with internal or external resources that possess the required
information • Reviews data obtained for compliance with
specifications and reports abnormalities • Revises and updates
standard operating procedures as needed • May perform special
projects in various Quality areas as needed by the business Only
