Job Description Job Description Cook Solutions Group (CSG) is
looking for a Full-Time Commercial Account Manager to join our
sales team. CSG provides Electronic, physical security, ATM, ITM
and TCR product & service, and installation for financial &
commercial institutions. Location: This position is preferred to be
based in Washington ; however, we will consider candidates located
anywhere within the CSG footprint to ensure the best fit Salary:
$85K - $115K DOE quarterly bonus What you’ll do: Responsible for
assessing, vetting and driving quality commercial sales revenue
within several regional territories; is the support between
customer and operations team; maintains deep product knowledge.
Works closely with operations to ensure smooth process flow from
quoting, ordering and fulfillment. Essential Functions Vital for
Achievement of Revenue Goal: Responsible for vetting current CSG
commercial customers and potential commercial prospects following
pre-defined guidelines to ensure quality, profitable commercial
accounts. Prospects in the datacenter, large operations centers and
multi-location space. Primary interface for customers/prospects
with day-to-day projects including coordinating site surveys and
providing detailed quotes with CAD/Scope when applicable. May
utilize to help with surveys and quotes, but ultimately is
responsible for the customer relationship. Works closely with other
centers to utilize local resources to fulfill for customers.
Product expert within all CSG commercial business lines and
products. Assists in sales process with elevated technical
conversations to help close sales. Responsible for being primary
internal interface with engineering and project management to
assure smooth, efficient quoting and installation. Proactive
communications with net zero accounts and introduce reoccurring
revenue service opportunities following account manager and product
goals. Proactively manage existing accounts and listen for
opportunities to introduce additional recurring revenue service
opportunities as well as new product/service lines (i.e. CSG’s
RemoteView Managed Services lines). Responsible for updating CRM
with latest correspondence for both customers and target prospects.
Responsible for achieving Top Line Sales goal, Gross Margin goal,
ROR goal, & RVMS goal while following company Sales and Operations
Guidelines and Procedures. Responsible for working with technicians
remotely to complete site surveys, gather information etc.
Responsible for turning all quotes (service and installs) around
within 48 hours with exception of large projects approved by GM or
leadership. Utilize company sales materials in TEAMs. Follows CSG
standards for customer facing material. Strives for collaboration
between Sales and Operations team. Other duties required as needed.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual

essential functions. Education/Experience: HS Diploma or GED
equivalent required. Bachelor’s or master’s preferred. Four or more
years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination
of education and experience. Two years of Complex solution sales Or
Technical sales and/or installation experience. Must have sales
experience or demonstrate ability to communicate features/benefits
of technology in a complex environment utilizing exceptional
communication skills. Must have or achieve/maintain detailed
