persuasive demonstrations, and closing strategies to effectively
communicate Lumen’s value to decision-makers. Essential Functions
of the Wireless Sales Associate Engage business clients, assess
their mobile needs, and present tailored Lumen wireless solutions
to enhance productivity. Demonstrate wireless devices, accessories,
and apps, showcasing their practical benefits for business
efficiency. Communicate Lumen’s advantages, emphasizing
reliability, coverage, scalability, and cost-effectiveness for
enterprises. Guide clients in selecting the best wireless plans,
devices, and services to meet their operational goals. Process
sales transactions, including activations, upgrades, and plan
modifications with precision and accuracy. Educate clients on
device setup, troubleshooting, and accessing continued support for
Lumen services. Exceed sales targets, driving activations, device
sales, and accessory attachments to support business success. Stay
informed on Lumen products, promotions, competitive offerings, and
key industry trends. Manage the sales pipeline, tracking wireless
opportunities and maintaining accurate CRM records.
