Management candidate to join our leadership development program,
transitioning into team leadership and strategic growth. As an
Entry Level Manager, you'll undergo hands-on training in direct
sales and marketing for Lumen’s B2B solutions. This immersive
program quickly transitions you into leadership, teaching you to
coach, mentor, and motivate teams. You’ll master performance
management, talent development, and strategic planning, gaining the
skills to build a high-achieving team and drive Lumen’s market
expansion in Redmond. Essential Functions of the Entry Level
Management Role Master the sales and marketing cycle for Lumen B2B
solutions, from acquisition to retention. Coach and mentor
entry-level team members, enhancing skills in sales, marketing, and
client engagement. Set goals, track performance, and provide
feedback to optimize results and foster growth. Support recruitment
and onboarding, helping build a strong, high-performing team. Learn
leadership and strategy by shadowing senior managers and gaining
hands-on experience. Lead team meetings, training sessions, and
motivational huddles to drive collaboration and productivity.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance, campaign success,
and client satisfaction. Analyze market trends and customer
insights, identifying expansion opportunities and competitive
advantages. Develop leadership skills, including decision-making,
conflict resolution, and team motivation. Prepare and present
performance reports, showcasing progress, trends, and strategies
for growth.
