As a Customer Relations Associate, you'll receive comprehensive
training in proactive client engagement, communication strategies,
and loyalty-building in a B2B setting. You'll develop expertise in
Lumen’s network, voice, and cloud solutions, allowing you to
confidently discuss services and identify opportunities to enhance
client experiences. This role centers on building strong
relationships, ensuring Lumen’s business partners feel heard,
valued, and empowered. What You'll Be Doing as a Customer Relations
Associate Build and maintain strong relationships with Lumen
business clients, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term
engagement. Serve as the primary contact, offering dedicated,
personalized support beyond routine inquiries. Collect and analyze
client feedback through conversations, surveys, and health checks
to enhance service offerings. Educate clients on Lumen’s latest
services, features, and industry insights to drive engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
and ensure seamless support. Identify and address relationship
risks, preventing churn with proactive communication and strategic
solutions. Reinforce Lumen’s value and ROI, highlighting how
services drive business success and efficiency. Maintain detailed
CRM records, tracking interactions, preferences, and communication
plans for effective follow-ups. Assist in professional client
communications, creating newsletters, updates, and guides to
enhance engagement. Participate in appreciation initiatives,
strengthening business relationships through personalized outreach
and events.
