a Customer Outreach Manager Master direct outreach for Lumen’s B2B
telecom solutions through structured training, honing skills in
engagement and strategic messaging. Engage decision-makers through
face-to-face interactions and targeted campaigns, building trust
and meaningful business connections. Refine communication skills,
effectively conveying Lumen’s value proposition with confidence and
persuasive storytelling. Support outreach initiatives, helping to
organize presentations, networking events, and strategic engagement
efforts. Shadow senior leaders, learning relationship-building,
nuanced objection handling, and effective lead-nurturing
techniques. Gather market insights, using client feedback to refine
outreach strategies and enhance service offerings. Take ownership
of small-scale outreach projects, demonstrating initiative,
organization, and problem-solving skills. Track and analyze
performance, identifying trends, measuring campaign impact, and
optimizing engagement efforts. Coordinate with sales and marketing,
ensuring seamless lead handoffs, consistent branding, and aligned
customer acquisition goals. Represent Elite Management Group,
