Head of Business DevelopmentNon-commercial foodservice sales and
marketingAbout Us: Rebellyous Foods is a mission-driven, high
growth-stage plant-based meat company focused on making delicious
and affordable products accessible to all non-commercial
foodservice channels. Through our innovative manufacturing
technology that lowers costs and increases quality, we are
delivering the delicious plant-based chicken products to the most
cost-sensitive markets at price-parity with animal-meat
products.Who We're Looking For: The Head of Business Development
(HBD) will grow sales to $20-50M annually over the next 12-36
months. You will develop and implement a comprehensive sales and
marketing strategy to expand business across all non-commercial
foodservice channels. You will build, lead and inspire the sales
team, create incentives and accountability standards, and actively
represent Rebellyous to procure a diverse customer base. You must
be a data-driven leader who actively pursues customer driven
insights and analyses to develop strategy and guide
decision-making. The HBD will identify new product opportunities
and be actively involved in product development, refinement and
launch. Financial planning and management experience is a must, as
you will lead the Business Development department and position the
company competitively in the market.Qualifications: The Head of
Business Development will have over 15+ years of experience as a
food-industry sales and marketing leader with a proven track record
building consistent sales growth in non-commercial foodservice
markets with an emphasis in K-12. Experience leading business
development, sales, and marketing within the foodservice, CPG, or
food manufacturing industries is required. If you're a visionary

Must live near a major airport. Ability to travel up to 60% time as
needed.Salary: Competitive market salary based on location,
experience, and applicable skillset, ranging from $160,000-$180,000
and may include performance incentives.Benefits: Medical, dental,

holidays.Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of
time, stoop, kneel, and reach regularly. Ability to lift, push,
pull up to 35 pounds. Ability to travel by all means of
