Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist branches with process and procedural information according to Standard Operating Procedures and Training manuals and provide expert guidance on complex inquiries
  • Assist branches with questions regarding account opening and maintenance
  • Investigate and resolve all but the most complex operational questions
  • Provides review and analysis of the following: (including but not limited to)
  • All types of business entity documentation
  • Powers of Attorney
  • Trust documentation
  • Decedent Account Documentation
  • Guardianships/Conservatorships
  • IRA/HSA

  • Assist branches on IRA new account set-up, completion of forms and processing of transactions
  • Provides supervisor approval on branch override transactions
  • Provides options for alternative solutions when assisting with exception situations
  • Analyze risk associated with exceptions situations
  • Escalation point for Retail Branches, which includes compiling data and formulating recommendations for review by Retail Administration Leadership.
  • Escalation and/or approval point for BSA
  • Proficient in Business Process Manager, Precision, and Microsoft Suite
  • Provides back up to Deposit Account Analyst to create document sets for complex clients
  • Provides back up to Bank Operations Support
  • Performs other duties as required

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years' Personal Banking, or 1 year Branch Support, or equivalent experience
  • Strong working knowledge of banking operations practices, principles, applications, methods, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to professionally communicate, both written and verbal, across all business lines and job levels
  • Excellent research and problem solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collectively within a team environment.
  • Ability to effectively discern information and formulate appropriate action and set priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to sit at a computer monitor for extended periods of time
  • Ability to perform repetitive finger, hand, and arm movements
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
  • Ability to effectively discern information and formulate appropriate action
  • Ability to reach, squat, bend, and manually manipulate standard office equipment
