Job Description:
Primo Brands Inc., a leader in consumer goods manufacturing and
distribution, is seeking a skilled Fleet Technician to join our
Transportation & Logistics team. This role is vital in ensuring the
safe and efficient operation of our fleet vehicles, directly
supporting our commitment to deliver high-quality products
consistently. As a Fleet Technician, you will be responsible for
maintaining and repairing a variety of fleet vehicles, implementing
preventive maintenance programs, and adhering to safety standards
to facilitate seamless logistical operations. Conduct regular
maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles, including diagnostics
and troubleshooting of issues. Implement and oversee a
comprehensive preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime
and extend the lifespan of vehicles. Ensure all fleet operations
comply with local, state, and federal regulations and safety
standards. Collaborate with logistics and transport teams to
schedule maintenance and repairs to optimize vehicle availability
and operational efficiency. Maintain detailed records of service
manuals, maintenance schedules, and repair logs. Manage inventory
of parts and supplies, placing orders as necessary while staying
within budget constraints. Strong knowledge of mechanical,
electrical, and hydraulic systems in fleet vehicles Proficiency
with diagnostic tools and equipment Ability to work independently
and manage multiple tasks efficiently Strong problem-solving skills
and detail-oriented approach Excellent communication and
collaboration abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k ASE Certification (Automotive Service
Excellence) Valid driver’s license, with a Commercial Driver’s
License (CDL) being a plus
