Job Description:

Software Technical Lead for Sterling Infosystems, Inc. in Bellevue, WA

to design and develop next generation employment screening services and

products. Translate business requirements into conceptual, logical and

physical data models that focus on service oriented architectures. Work

with local and near shore teams in resolving customer issues. provide

technical guidance and expertise on the overall development for any

assigned projects. Work on source products and legacy platforms; agile

development processes; data structures, algorithms and complexity

analysis. Code, analyze and troubleshoot large scale enterprise web

systems. Supervise teams, lead critical application components and work

with matrix organization. develop, test and integrate software across

multiple platforms. Test applications and diagnose underlying problems

and patterns and develop solutions. Utilize code design abilities to

generate and document appropriate designs. Provide supporting

documentation in accordance with the coding guidelines, quality

processes and applicable procedures. Collaborate with the agile team to

generate automated and manual tests. Provide work estimation and

tracking information to support management decisions and planning.

Requires: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science

or related field plus five years' experience in web application software

development experience as a Technical Architect. Experience must

include developing enterprise class HR applications, including 2 years

delivering web based enterprise class applications architecture and

design, 3 years working with Java Spring Framework, Web Services, BPM

(Business Process Management) Frameworks to develop enterprise

applications that are secure, scalable and resilient, and 2 years

leading software engineering teams delivering UI, Backend Web Services

and batch programs using applications using Java and NoSQL database

technologies.
