Engineer to join our dynamic MSP team. This is a client-facing role
where you'll provide technical support and solutions across diverse
IT environments. You'll work directly with clients, solve complex
problems, and have the opportunity to grow your skills across a
wide range of technologies. If you're looking to accelerate your

challenges, this is the role for you. What You'll Do Client Support
& Technical Delivery Provide remote and regular on-site technical
support for assigned clients in the Greater Puget Sound area. Build
strong working relationships as a trusted technical resource
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across network, server, and cloud
environments Communicate technical information clearly to both
technical and non-technical audiences Work with account management
to ensure excellent customer service delivery Technical
Responsibilities Support and maintain network infrastructure
including routers, firewalls, switches, VPNs, and VLANs
Implementation of infrastructure projects Manage hybrid
environments leveraging both on-premises and cloud-based platforms
Implement and maintain backup systems and disaster recovery
solutions Handle Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
administration and troubleshooting Configure and manage firewall
technologies (WatchGuard, SonicWALL, Sophos, Unifi, Meraki, Cisco)
Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online
Work with virtualization environments (Hyper-V, VMware) Manage MDM
platforms (InTune, JAMF) and mobile device support Support modern
security solutions including EDR, MFA, SSO, email security
Operational Excellence Provide accurate daily time entry with
real-time coordinator tracking Create and maintain documentation of
client environments Take ownership of tasks through to resolution,
including post-service follow-up Provide realistic time estimates
and manage your workload effectively Escalate issues appropriately
and collaborate with team members when needed Participate in small
to large project implementations Required Qualifications Experience
Relevant IT experience (MSP experience preferred but not required)
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows Server,
Microsoft Exchange/Exchange Online Network troubleshooting
experience with switching, VLANs, routing, firewalling, VPN
technologies Experience with Microsoft Windows and Apple MacOS
environments Mobile device management and support (iOS, Android)
Backup and recovery systems experience Experience with Microsoft
365/Office 365 platform Technical Skills Microsoft Windows 10/11
and Server 2016 Microsoft 365/Office 365 administration Basic to
intermediate network fundamentals Firewall management and
troubleshooting Enterprise backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis, Datto,
etc.) Cloud collaboration platforms (Teams, OneDrive, Dropbox,
Google Workspace) Azure AD, InTune, SharePoint Online (experience a
plus) Essential Attributes Exceptional communication skillsyou can
explain technical concepts in simple terms Customer service mindset
with strong interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work
independently Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure Eager to learn
new technologies and grow your skillset Team player who enjoys

pass background check Preferred Qualifications Prior MSP experience
Industry certifications: Network, Microsoft certifications, CCNA,
or similar Experience with ConnectWise Manage or similar ticketing
systems RMM/remote management tool experience Experience supporting
