success for Lumen’s business accounts. As an Entry Level Account
Manager, you'll undergo hands-on training to master B2B account
management, focusing on Lumen's network, voice, and cloud
solutions. You'll develop skills in client retention, strategic
growth, and problem-solving, enabling you to proactively address
client needs, enhance services, and serve as a trusted advisor in
maximizing Lumen's technology. Key Responsibilities of the Entry
Level Account Manager Master account management through hands-on
training, developing strong, lasting client relationships. Engage
proactively with clients to assess their evolving telecom and
networking needs, ensuring satisfaction with Lumen’s services.
Educate clients on Lumen’s product suite—fiber internet, cloud
connectivity, voice services, security, and unified communications.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, aligning
solutions with client growth and technological advancements.
Coordinate seamlessly with technical support, billing, and
operations teams to enhance service delivery and resolve issues
efficiently. Maintain accurate records, communication logs, and
track sales opportunities within the CRM system. Present tailored
account reviews, demonstrating Lumen’s value and measurable ROI to
clients. Support strategic account planning, providing key insights
from client interactions to aid retention and growth. Stay informed
on product updates, industry trends, and competition to offer
relevant guidance.
