satisfaction. We seek a proactive Wireless Client Representative to
join our team, building lasting relationships, addressing business
needs, and serving as a trusted wireless expert. As a Wireless
Client Representative, you'll receive hands-on training to become a
specialist in Lumen’s wireless solutions. You'll gain expertise in
mobile devices, network capabilities, data plans, and
business-specific services, while mastering communication,
relationship management, and technical skills to confidently assist
clients in optimizing their wireless technology for business
success. Wireless Client Representative Requirements Be the primary
contact for Lumen wireless business clients, fostering strong
relationships and satisfaction. Reach out proactively to assess
client needs, address concerns, and enhance their wireless
experience. Manage wireless accounts, handle plan updates, feature
activations, and device inquiries. Provide expert support,
troubleshooting wireless devices, apps, and network issues for
quick resolutions. Educate clients on Lumen’s latest wireless
technologies, plans, and mobile service enhancements. Collect
client feedback, sharing insights with internal teams for service
improvements. Work with support teams, resolving complex wireless
issues for seamless client experiences. Identify opportunities to
upsell or cross-sell Lumen wireless solutions based on client
needs. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, service
updates, and follow-ups in CRM. Conduct check-ins, ensuring clients
fully utilize and benefit from their Lumen wireless services.
