Job Description/Skills: This position is fully remote within the
US. Sr. Systems Analyst – Job Description Our client has an
opportunity to join their team as a Senior Systems Analyst in our
workflow automation group, focused on evolving and supporting the
platforms that power our business operations. About the Role You’ll
be embedded in a collaborative product team, working closely with
developers, QA engineers, product owners, and external vendors to
turn business needs into smart, scalable solutions. This role
blends systems thinking, process modeling, and a love of clarity.

problems, improving workflows, and helping teams ship with
confidence. What You’ll Do Translate high-level business needs into
clear technical requirements, specs, and user stories. Configure
systems and automate workflows to improve efficiency and reduce
manual overhead. Partner across engineering, QA, and product teams
to ensure shared understanding and delivery success. Lead Agile
ceremonies and occasionally rotate as Scrum Master. Analyze current
state processes and recommend improvements grounded in system
architecture. Support defect triage and work with dev teams to
resolve root issues sustainably. Configure and manage third party
platforms or SaaS tool, ensuring they align with business workflows
and system architecture. What We’re Looking For 5–7 years of
experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or solution
design. Strong ability to translate between business needs and
technical requirements. Solid working knowledge of SQL, APIs (JSON,
OpenAPI/Swagger), and process modeling. Hands-on experience with
Postman, Lucidchart, Excel, and Agile work tracking (ADO, Jira).
Comfortable navigating both legacy and cloud-based systems.
Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic approach to problem
solving. Nice to have Experience in insurance or financial
services. Familiarity with low-code tools or workflow automation
platforms. Understanding of DevOps culture, BDD practices, or
event-driven architectures. Experience with automated workflow
systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Pipefy, Nintex) is a strong bonus.
Target salary for this position is $120k to $122k Flexible
