This position supervises a crew of typically 2-3 additional members. QUALIFICATIONS: At least 3 years of commercial landscape experience required At least 1 years of landscape maintenance lead/foreman experience required Valid driver license issued by the state where employed is required Bi-lingual English/Spanish strongly preferred but not required Pesticide License issued by the state or ability to obtain within one year Ability to safely operate common commercial landscape equipment and tools, such as: mowers, backpack blowers, pruners, etc. Ability to motivate and lead Crew Members while working alongside them Strong commitment to high quality of work and customer service Use knowledge and training to create solutions for variables discovered during job Monarch Landscaping WA, LLC is an E-Verify participating employer Total Rewards At Monarch, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage, and retain top talent.
