BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated opportunity Recruiter 2 (Talent Sourcer) in Redmond WA Position Title: Recruiter 2 (Talent Sourcer) Location: Fully Remote Anticipated Start Date: - ASAP Please note this is the target date and it is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 3 Months Contract Job Type: Contract and Remote Pay Range: $30/hr. - $32/hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Candidate Requirements: * Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs. * Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer database, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals. * Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection. * Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations. Skills: * Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. * Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time. * Basic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work related activities. * Basic knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection and training. * Basic knowledge business and management principles involved in strategic planning. * Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Education/Experience: * Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training required. 2 years of talent sourcing experience. * 2 years of experience with Corporate Functions talent sourcing - Finance, Legal, HR, Ops * Prefer experience with hiring technical roles - data scientist, software engineer, in addition to Corporate Functions sourcing experience. * Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, inclusive of creating sourcing strategies. * Experience with market insights and documenting/presenting insights for Recruiters, hiring managers and business Benefits: BC forward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.
