If so, were looking for you to join our team as we continue our mission to grow beyond 4 clubs over the next 10 years Job Description: KlickWay Athletics is seeking a certified personal trainer to join our dynamic team in Everett. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of helping clients achieve their fitness goals. Responsibilities: Design and implement customized fitness programs for clients Ability to lead semi-private training, 1:1 training and group classes Provide nutritional guidance and support Track client progress and adjust programs as necessary Maintain a positive and motivating environment Qualifications: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from a recognized organization Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal training or group fitness instruction Strong knowledge of health and fitness Strong sales and closing experience (for training services) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications: Experience in leading group classes Strong local network of clients that you can bring to the business Additional certifications in nutrition, yoga, or other fitness specialties If you are passionate about helping clients achieve their fitness goals and have experience training clients and/or leading classes, we would love to hear from you.
