is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Family Practice for a local
contract job in Seattle, Washington. Job Description & Requirements
- Specialty: Family Practice - Discipline: Nurse Practitioner -
Duration: 13 weeks - 20 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days,
evenings - Employment Type: Local Contract *MOSTLY REMOTE with
occasional in-person home visits. * Must be located in the Seattle,
WA area. Pay: - Hourly: $65.00/hr Hours: 20hrs/wk - Shift: Variable
Days/Eves, Rotating Weekend Call - Mondays: 8hrs / Fridays: 8hrs -
*Monday or Friday, 6am start and the opposite day, you'll work a
12pm start - Tu/We/Th: 5 hours - you pick which day to work! -
Clinic Hours: 6am-8pm Required: - Family Practice Exp - WA RN or
Compact license (NURSYS) - WA NP license - NPI number - DEA
registration – Clinician will have to provide their DEA
