Roles & Responsibilities Operate imaging equipment and assist with interventional radiology procedures to deliver safe, high-quality patient care Prepare patients and maintain sterile technique for IR procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety Collaborate with radiologists, nurses and the peri-procedural team to coordinate care and optimize workflow Maintain accurate procedure documentation and chart in Epic according to facility policies Perform equipment checks, troubleshoot technical issues and ensure proper stocking of supplies Respond to call and weekend coverage needs as scheduled to support continuous patient services Adhere to hospital and departmental policies, including infection control and radiation safety standards Qualifications ARRT registration required (must be ARRT-registered) Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required Experience using Epic for charting and documentation Ability and willingness to work every-other-weekend and participate in call rotations Valid Washington state licensure required — pending licenses are NOT accepted First-time travel/contract clinicians are welcome to apply Education Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program or equivalent ARRT certification required Knowledge & Skills Strong knowledge of interventional radiology procedures, sterile technique and peri-procedural patient care Proficiency with fluoroscopy, angiography and other IR imaging modalities Familiarity with Epic electronic medical record workflows and documentation Excellent communication and teamwork skills in fast-paced acute care settings Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time during busy procedural days and adapt to scheduling needs Commitment to radiation safety, infection control and patient-centered care Benefits Housing assistance & relocation guidance to help you settle in quickly Comprehensive medical, dental & vision coverage options Licensure assistance and reimbursement to keep your credentials current Paid time off so you can recharge between contracts Professional development support and access to continuing education Travel reimbursement and logistical support for contract assignments A supportive team culture that values your expertise and work-life balance Referral bonus program to reward you for bringing great teammates Travel Perks: Explore Olympia, WA Olympia sits near the southern edge of the Puget Sound and offers easy access to outdoor adventures and local culture: explore the Washington State Capitol campus and its beautiful grounds, stroll the Olympia Farmers Market, hike or birdwatch at the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge, take day trips toward Mount Rainier or the Olympic Peninsula for stunning trails and drives, and enjoy waterfront parks and local breweries in downtown Olympia.
