Growth and leadership advancement potential Role Overview Administrative Leadership Serve as Medical Director for assigned skilled nursing facilities Partner with Regional Medical Director on clinical standards and programs Provide mentorship and guidance to medical staff Collaborate with facility leadership to improve quality and operational efficiency Participate in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory readiness efforts Lead interdisciplinary team collaboration Clinical Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations in post-acute and long-term care settings Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatments Complete documentation, regulatory forms, and progress notes timely Educate patients, families, and staff on care plans and disease management ? Qualifications ? MD / DO / MBBS ? Board Certified or Board Eligible in: Internal Medicine Family Medicine Geriatric Medicine General Practice Other relevant specialties considered ? Eligible for unrestricted medical license in one of the following states: Washington Alaska Oregon Montana ? DEA license and NPI ? Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid participation ?
