Position Highlights: Established Pediatric Practice: You will join a board-certified pediatric otolaryngologist with over 10 years in practice, a robust referral network, and a high volume of pediatric patients ready to support your schedule from day one. NICU & Inpatient Coverage: Our team serves four NICUs and three inpatient facilities. We work closely with pediatric hospitalists and PICU teams to ensure coordinated care and reduce the burden of inpatient rounding. Private Practice Autonomy: Enjoy a high level of professional independence with the resources and infrastructure of Proliance Surgeons, one of the largest private surgical practices in the Pacific Northwest.
