Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Occupational Therapist is needed to support an elementary school caseload in Renton, WA, starting January 29. This contract position will span the current school year, providing essential therapy services to approximately 51 students. The role centers on delivering occupational therapy interventions within a school setting, primarily focused on an elementary school population. Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to enhance student participation and success. Conduct assessments to determine student eligibility and progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards. Provide direct services to students to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence. Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapist license with experience in school-based therapy. Proven ability to manage a caseload of elementary-aged students effectively. Strong communication skills to engage with multidisciplinary teams and families. Knowledge of evidence-based practices in pediatric occupational therapy. Experience with documentation and compliance requirements in educational settings. Location: Elementary School, Renton, Washington.
