Radiology Tech Location: Seattle, WA Agency: Pride Health Pay:
$35 to $40 per hour Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date:
ASAP About the Position Must have qualifications/experience:
Knowledge of anatomy and physiology to sufficiently pinpoint area
for radiography. Knowledge of radiology equipment and testing.
Knowledge of safety hazards common to radiology including
equipment, body mechanics, and patient movement. What
skills/attributes are nice to have, and will set a candidate apart?
Skills in properly positioning patients to provide quality imaging.
Skills in training student technologists and co-workers in
equipment operation and procedures. Skill in trouble shooting
equipment operation and performing simple adjustments. Skills in
establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with
patients, medical staff, and the public. Completion of course in
radiologic technology approved by the American Registry of
Radiologic Technologists. Current certification (ARRT) with the
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Current license with
the State of Washington as a Certified Radiologic Technologist.
Current BLS certification required. N-95 fit testing completed
Shift start & end times: Monday - Friday hours are between 7 and
