Neonatologist Opportunity in Washington State - Work/Life Balance
For More Time Outdoors! Responsibilities Pediatrix is seeking a
Board Eligible or Board Certified Neonatologist to become an
integral part of our collaborative NICU team at Mary Bridge
Children's Hospital , a 70-bed Level IV NICU, directly attached to
Tacoma General Hospital with approximately 4,000 annual deliveries

Participate in the development of POCUS (point-of-care ultrasound)

care using established HFJV (high-frequency jet ventilation) , HFOV
(high-frequency oscillatory ventilation) with opportunities to

heart center with a growing cardiothoracic surgery program and work
directly with an exceptional team of medical and surgical
subspecialists, and an exceptional PICU team supporting ECMO and

24-hour in-house shifts that allow for extended time off between

Northwest. Diverse Clinical Experience Collaborate with PNPs caring
for newborns in the birthing center. Partner with NNPs staffing
Level II nurseries in Auburn and Puyallup. Contribute to consult
for neonatal transport services, providing specialized care across

Benefits and Compensation Pay Range (Base Pay) : $200,000 -
$400,000 Other Types of Pay : Opportunity for practice bonus
Regular full-time is classified as team members who are
consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis.

calendar quarterly offering period and are scheduled to work a
minimum of 20 hours per week for five consecutive months during the
year. Paid Sick Leave : Eligible full-time team members will
receive a lump-sum grant of 70 hours or eight days, whichever is
more beneficial to the team member, of paid sick leave each year on
January 1. A newly hired full-time team member will receive a
prorated lump-sum grant after working for 90 days. A lumpsum grant
will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long
as the team member remains eligible. Unused sick leave granted
under this policy does not carry over from one year to the
following year. NOTE: The Company will not pay team members for
unused sick leave upon termination of employment. Method of
