What You'll Be Doing: Providing comprehensive primary care services to adult patients. Managing a diverse patient panel with a focus on preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute illnesses. Collaborating effectively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Building strong, trust-based relationships with patients and their families. Engaging in shared phone call duties to ensure continuous patient support. Utilizing strong patient and customer service skills to deliver an outstanding healthcare experience. Contributing to a positive and collegial practice environment. Compensation Range: The compensation range for this position is estimated at $261,962 - $376,164 annually . This range reflects what CommonSpirit Health, in good faith, believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
