Neonatal Occupational Therapist or Neonatal Physical Therapist
at Providence Health and Services summary: This position is for a
Neonatal Occupational Therapist or Neonatal Physical Therapist
providing pediatric rehabilitation services to children from birth
to 18 years. Responsibilities include performing evaluations,
developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and
collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient
outcomes. The role requires relevant licensure, experience with
neonatal patients, and adherence to professional and ethical
healthcare standards. Description The shift is Tuesday through
Friday 7:45 AM to 6:15 PM. This is a combined posting for a
Neonatal Occupational Therapist OR a Neonatal Physical Therapist.

rehabilitation services occupational therapist delivers and
supervises others in the delivery of services to children, birth to
18 years old. Services provided upon referral include evaluations,
developing individual treatment plans to maximize functional
outcomes, implementation of the treatment program, reassessment of
treatment results and discharge planning. Services are delivered
within the framework of a team approach, appropriate disciplines,
and family centered, involving family, caregivers and patient.
These services are delivered in compliance with ethical standards,
policies and procedures, national and professional standards, state
practice acts for occupational therapists, and current accepted
state of the art practice. The physical therapist (PT) delivers and
supervises others in the delivery of physical therapy services. The
PT performs evaluations and develops individual plans of care to
maximize functional outcomes, implements the plans of care and
reassesses treatment results, and actively participates in
discharge planning. Services are delivered within the framework of
a team approach, including appropriate disciplines, significant
others and the patient. Provision of care for pediatric adolescent
orthopedic patients may be required. Coverage of both inpatient and
outpatient services may be required at the Ballard and Issaquah
clinics. These services are delivered in compliance with ethical
standards, policies and procedures, national and professional
standards, state practice acts, and current accepted state of the

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an
accredited program Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist
License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart
Association Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Neonatal
patients in a occupational therapist role Occupational Therapist
Salary Range: Min: $46.57; Max: $72.29 Neonatal Physical Therapist
Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training: A graduate of an
accredited program of physical therapy. Upon hire: Washington
