Job Title: Surgical Technologist Profession: Surgical Tech Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8-hour Nights Hours per Shift: 7 PM - 3 AM, Sunday - Thursday, Call rotation Experience: Minimum 2 years License: WA License required Certifications: BLS required, CST preferred Must-Have: Must have orthopedic experience. Robotics experience is a plus. Description: Seeking a Surgical Technologist with expertise in the operating room. The role involves working in a surgical setting with a focus on ortho and podiatry procedures. Additional cases may include general, GYN, robotics, and spine surgeries. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential for this position. Certification and an active WA license must be obtained prior to employment. Call duties include approximately one weekday shift and one weekend per month, rotating with the team. Response time for call is 30 minutes. Floating to other areas is not required. Scrubbing is required. The average number of cases per day is about 15, with potential add-ons. All staff must demonstrate strong collaboration skills and a willingness to learn new techniques.
