Job Description GQR Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Outpatient Family Practice for a local contract job in Seattle - Multiple Locations, Washington. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Family Practice - Discipline: Nurse Practitioner - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Job Description: Multiple locations across Vashon, Des Moines, Yelm Seattle seeking for a Full Time Locum Family Nurse Practitioner. Recent provider was awarded a Daisy Award! Rewarding Job for in need community! Assignment duration: 3-month assignment with the possibility to extend. Start as soon as credentialed (2 weeks - 4 weeks) Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per/week. This is an 8-hour workday w/1 hour unpaid lunch. Cases: OP ambulatory services, family medicine, walk-in/acute care services, chronic disease management. Hypertension, diabetes, cold, cough, flu, asthma, COPD etc. Preference/Plus: OB/Prenatal health experience Spanish, Russian or Korean fluency EPIC EMR 2 - 3 Years Experience Experience with low-income setting, FQHC or tribal health is preferred Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, Arabic, Russian or any bilingual is a PLUS/n/nExpenses or Stipend for travelers included.
