Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 per week (approved) AUTO OFFER Job Overview Seeking a highly experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a fast-paced Level III obstetrical unit. This role involves full-scope perinatal care, including high-risk antepartum, L&D, and postpartum. The ideal candidate is confident, highly adaptable, and prepared to support a large volume of births alongside a newer core team. Floating to postpartum is required. Facility Highlights - Unit Type: L&D / High-Risk Perinatal - ? Unit Details: 19 labor beds, 10 antepartum beds, 30 postpartum beds, 3 ORs, 2 PACUs, 7-bay triage - Daily Census: 13 laboring, 20 postpartum, 5 antepartum - Volume: 400 births/month in summer - ??? Team Structure: - 3 CNAs/shift in PP - 3-4 delivering providers 24/7 - 2 CRNAs 24/7 - 2 Health Unit Coordinators 24/7 - Surgical techs day and night - 3 skilled RNs in triage per shift - Charting: Epic (Required) - ? Teaching/Trauma: Level II Trauma Center Job Requirements - ? Experience: 2 years minimum in L&D - EMR: EPIC required - License: Active WA RN or pending accepted - Orientation: 36 hours (Mon–Wed first week) - ??? First-Timers Travelers Accepted: Yes (with required experience) - Float Required: Yes, to Postpartum - ? Call Required: No - Weekend Requirement: Typically every other; may vary based on need - ?
