Job Description:

We are offering a full-time New Graduate Registered Nurse position with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a one-year Nurse Residency Program to support your transition from student to professional nurse.
The program combines on-the-job training, classroom education, and collaborative projects focused on clinical leadership, patient safety, and professional development.
You will receive support from a team including your Nurse Manager, Preceptor, Mentor, and facilitators.
The curriculum includes monthly residency sessions and an evidence-based practice project in the final six months.
Responsibilities include delegation, supervision, and providing age-appropriate nursing care, utilizing the nursing process, and incorporating research into practice.
Qualifications include Illinois RN licensure, current BLS/CPR, and the ability to perform patient care tasks and handle environmental hazards.
