Provide support in the recruitment process by assisting the Director of Nursing with interviewing and hiring Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for home health and Adult Family Home (AFH) positions. Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Partnering with the Director of Nursing to enhance resident and home health client care. Home Health Oversight: Occasionally conducting check-ins with home health nurses and families to ensure quality, compliance, and support. Mentoring & Training: Helping guide and support nurses in both settings. Flexibility & Adaptability: Assisting in shaping this evolving role to best serve the company, staff, and your own professional goals.
