• Responsible for populating and maintaining the overall schedule for the IOT/MVNO Project, ensuring timely delivery and escalation as necessary.
• Develop Project plans and delivery roadmaps.
• Identify the right players and engage them on a timely basis, identifying the gaps and filling in or finding the right resources for the same.
• Work with a team of cross-functional resources to develop and own the go-to Project delivery to maximize market share, profitability, revenue retention, growth, and other strategic objectives.
• Responsible for Biz-Ops hand off, ensuring sufficient documentation and establishing new processes if needed.
• Step in Business operations roles of generating invoices and other partner aid tools to ensure partner satisfaction.
• Analyze financial performance and recommend tactics to change the trajectory of the business.
• Collaborate with IOT cross-functional and supplier resources, e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain, CARE, Product, IT Ops, and other Project management teams to optimize the delivery of Projects to attain revenue and margin goals.
• Manage all life cycle migration strategies and the end of life decision for existing Products and services.
• Lead end-to-end projects for new IOT partners and/or enhancements for existing partners. Understand SIM profiling, certification, provisioning, and UAT testing and device certification.
• Implement, update, and follow processes for MVNO onboarding and feature enhancements.SkillsSpecial Domain Expertise:
• 7-10 years in one or more of the following categories: Telecommunications, Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNO), Mobile Virtual Network Enablers (MVNE), Machine to Machine (M2M) systems, consumer electronics, with a focus on Project management, Project development, or marketing. Strong understanding of voice and data services and Projects.
• 5-7 years of Project management experience and experience in managing portfolios.
• Ability to assess and implement successful, focused, integrated Project plans.
• Knowledge of new Project Management processes, go-to-market strategies, and Product life Cycle.Other Skillsets:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey business and technical concepts to subject matter experts and non-technical professionals. Ability to present compelling business cases to stakeholders.
• Experience in defining Product Roadmap and executing go-to-market strategies.
• Knowledge of financial drivers, experience in managing return on investment objectives. Ability to create forecasts, financial models, and budgets.
• Ability to influence, lead, and coach cross-functional teams and champion new and unique projects.
• Broad understanding of program management concepts and tools, including technical, innovation process, Project management, financial, and operations functions.
