Your role involves building scalable solutions for integrating data and events from third-party partners to enhance situational awareness and decision-making in real-time, contributing to our goal of reducing gun-related deaths by 50% in 10 years.What You'll Do

• Integrate data streams from physical security systems, sensors, and trackers, understanding workflows to prioritize notifications and alerts.
• Collaborate with product design and engineering to develop roadmaps addressing user challenges and creating lasting impact.
• Leverage your experience in IoT or device-to-cloud solutions to design customer-centric, scalable solutions.Location and ReportingHybrid work model (8x/month) near US R&D hubs (Atlanta, Seattle, Boston, Scottsdale). Reports to: Director of Product, Real-Time Operations.What You Bring

• Proven experience with sensor integration platforms, real-time pipelines, or video streaming solutions in public safety or security markets.
• Expertise in UX-heavy applications with complex workflows.
• Strong IoT or device-to-cloud background, with scalability and performance knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive teams and external clients.
• Product management fundamentals and data analysis skills.Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years in software product management with measurable results.
  • Experience in Enterprise Video Management Software, PSIM, or SaaS markets related to public safety.How You Operate
