skills and experience. Full-time associates are eligible for an

close within 30 days of posting.ResponsibilitiesThe Executive
Director leads daily operations of a community with 60-65 units and
two product lines, or 65-175 units with up to two product lines.
Responsibilities include associate relations, resident and family
engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
Develops and executes business plans, builds a high-performing
team, and fosters an inclusive community culture that delivers
high-quality resident experiences.
- Oversees all community operations, interacting with staff,
residents, prospects, and families as needed.
- Implements business strategies to position the community as a
preferred senior living provider, manages budgets, and monitors
performance against goals.
- Builds strong relationships with management, promotes teamwork,
and empowers department leaders. Ensures appropriate staffing and
training.
- Attracts, develops, and retains staff, manages promotions, and
reduces turnover through strategic initiatives.
- Maintains high resident satisfaction and retention, addresses
issues proactively, and leverages resident feedback for continuous
improvement.
- For assisted living or memory care, collaborates with clinical
leaders to ensure appropriate care and services, manages resident
documentation, and ensures compliance.
- Demonstrates financial acumen by managing budgets, increasing
revenue, and controlling expenses.
- Drives sales and marketing efforts to meet occupancy and
revenue targets, develops relationships with local influencers, and
represents the community publicly.
- Ensures property maintenance standards are met and licenses are
current.This description provides an overview of the role and is

supervisor.QualificationsEducation and Experience: Bachelor's
Degree required, with a minimum of three years of operational
leadership experience. Additional experience can substitute for
education on a year-for-year basis.Certifications and Licenses:
Valid administrator license as required by state; valid driver's
license and access to a vehicle.Management Skills: Strong
analytical and leadership skills, with experience managing multiple
departments and staff, and a focus on results and
compliance.Knowledge and Skills: Deep understanding of the
organization, industry, and technical areas; excellent
communication skills; ability to prioritize and delegate
effectively; good judgment and problem-solving skills.Physical
Demands and Working Conditions:
- Standing, walking, sitting, handling, reaching, stooping,
talking, hearing, lifting up to 50 pounds, vision.
- Interaction with co-workers, residents, vendors; occasional
evening/weekend work; on-call; exposure to health hazards and
