your future with us. Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking
for a Workplace Coach (Level 3/4) to support the Electrical Systems
Responsibility Center (ESRC) onsite in Everett, Washington.
Position Responsibilities: - Work with Individuals on hand-on and
knowledge skills required for 21203 and 21204 skill code - Create
and maintain metric decks (as required) - Analyzes and interprets
data - Manages multiple projects working with cross functional
teams & provides leadership updates - Provides feedback on
assessment results - Works with organizations to develop
strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives
using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes -
Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement
strategies and plans - Works under general direction - Run second
level meetings (as required) Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience): - 3 years of experience in collaborative
problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in
written and verbal communication - 3 years of experience using
Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) - 1
years of experience working in cross-functional teams - 1 years of
experience with process analysis, process development, and process
improvement Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): -
3 years of experience in wire bundle shelf and panel fabrication in
the ESRC or a direct supplier of Boeing - 1 years of experience
with the Boeing Production System - Experience leading teams in a

Shift: This position is for various shifts, depending on the

considerations. Summary Pay Range: Experienced (Level 3): $103,000
- $125,000 Senior (Level 4): $126,000 - 153,500 Applications for
