Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Sumner, WA Pay Range: $26 About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining a hydraulic-powered automatic snaptie machine, ensuring efficient production flow and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, good troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate a hydraulic-powered automatic snaptie machine with attention to accuracy and safety. Load raw materials at each production station and ensure continuous material flow. Perform routine quality checks to verify parts meet required specifications. Conduct basic machine maintenance and repairs as needed. Execute machine adjustments and complete changeovers between different product orders. Manufacture snapties using manual equipment when required. Weld spreader cleats using a spot welder. Operate a wire-cutting machine to cut wire to precise lengths. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment. Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to different types of machinery.
