Airworthiness (SSA) organization is seeking a Senior Systems
Engineer – Compliance/Certification to join their Regulatory
Administration System Oversight Team in Everett, WA. The individual
will have the opportunity to contribute to critical monitoring
initiative and collaborate with industry – leading professional and
regulatory agencies Primary responsibilities: - Leads the
identification, analysis, and assessment of regulatory and
contractual compliance of aerospace systems, products and services.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define
airworthiness and regulatory compliance requirements - Reviews
complex regulatory and customer requirements and develop monitoring
strategies. (i.e. Certification) - Leads analysis of regulatory and
certification technical data for completeness and alignment to
applicable regulatory and contractual requirements. - Develop the
planning and implementation of monitoring strategies. - Research,
investigates and monitors compliance processes for achieving
regulatory compliance and recommends and leads process
improvements, risk and opportunities - Engages with regulators on
complex programs or initiatives to shape certification strategies,
approaches, activities, and artifacts. - Develops and reviews,
complex compliance reports and documents in accordance with
applicable requirements and regulations. - Leads establishing and
promoting global regulatory advocacy strategies, trainings, tools,
and methods. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The
selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience): - 9 years of
related work experience or an equivalent combination of education
and experience - Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited
course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including
manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics,
mathematics, data science, or computer science - 8 years of
experience working across the certification value stream. -
Experience working in International Type Validation and/or
Operational Certification - 4 years of experience with
certification processes to comply with 14 CFR 21.93, 21.95 and
21.97 - Systems thinker capable of making engineering proposals
based on data analysis and forecasting wide reaching and
longer-term impacts - Experience developing presentations and
presenting to multiple levels of an organization - Experience
investigating and finding solutions to complex technical or
regulatory issues - Strong technical writing abilities - Experience
extracting and compiling data from multiple sources - Experience
with analytics tools including Tableau, SQL, R, and Python
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience): - 8 years
of experience identifying key stakeholder project specific
requirements and scope, then building and managing project plans -
8 years of experience in business intelligence/data analytics tools
(Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, SQL, Tableau, etc.) - Experience
with systems engineering and integration of complex systems -
Experience with Risk Management - Experience with audit activities
- Experience with Functional Decomposition - Firsthand experience

considerations. Summary Pay Range: $129,700 - $174,80 Applications
