your future with us. Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has exciting
opportunities for an Propulsion Engineer (Experienced or Senior) to
j oin our Propulsion 767/777 Engine Installations, Integration and
Propulsion Support Team team based in Everett, WA . As a Propulsion
Engineer, Project Integration Manager (PIM), you will play a
pivotal role in driving our projects to success. We are looking for
a highly organized and motivated leader like you, who has a strong
familiarity with certification, production, and engineering
processes. Your proficiency in project management tools will be
essential, and you will have the opportunity to effectively
communicate complex ideas through presentations and other mediums
to both engineering and program leadership. In this role, you will
be responsible for securing support from external organizations,
including suppliers, fabrication, and manufacturing, to meet our
program objectives. You will leverage your ability to assess
objectives, chart a strategic course, and utilize your proven
leadership skills to guide your team toward the successful
completion of projects. Our team is currently hiring for a broad
range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior Level
Propulsion Engineer, Project Integration Managers. Position
Responsibilities: Manages complex engineering projects, that have a
variety of stakeholders, with the ability to identify risks, issues
and solutions Develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and
maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or
project requirements Communicates and report out across a wide
range of management, supporting teams, suppliers and government
agencies Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity,
communicate and update plans regularly throughout lifecycle of
program or project Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of
major projects from inception through completion Works under
general direction Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in
engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing
engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data
science, or computer science 3 years of experience of project
management in a technical field Preferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience): 9 years of related work experience or an
equivalent combination of education and experience 3 years of
experience in systems engineering and systems Integration 3 years
of propulsion engineering experience, including engine commodity
and fuel systems Experience in change management, Part 25
certification, and flight testing Experience working with suppliers
Proficiency in Microsoft Projects or similar project management

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well

Experienced (Level 3): $126,900 - $155,100 Summary pay range Senior
