Executive Administrative Assistant 2 Job Summary: Talent
Software Services is in search of an Executive Administrative
Assistant for a contract position in Redmond, WA. The opportunity
will be a year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Position Summary: Purpose of the Team: Executive Business Support
for organization which is responsible for the sell-in and sell-thru
of consumer-based products into 3rd part retail. The team are
looking for a proactive and organized Executive Business Partner to
support three senior leaders and play a central role in enabling
team operations across the Americas Consumer Sales Organization.
This is a fast-paced with high visibility across business
management and leadership teams. Primary
Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Provide executive support for 3
senior leaders, including handling key logistics, communications,
and task management Partner closely with other Executive Business
Partners and Business Managers to align priorities and support
leadership team effectiveness Coordinate team events and offsites
across the Americas org — including planning, logistics, and
execution Assist with meeting agendas, team communications, project
follow-ups, and executive briefing materials Support special
projects and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables 80% of
time: Executive calendar management for 4 leaders which includes
being in daily/weekly communication with leaders on managing
meeting requests, team meetings, 1:1's for the coming days/weeks.
Working with other administrative assistants and business managers
to coordinate schedules on important meetings. Executive admin
support like travel bookings, expense reports, and other ad hoc
requests like reservations, room bookings, offsite logistic
coordination etc. 20% of time: Ability to support leader in light
business manager support: like coordinating team meetings with
agendas, decks and follow ups Ad hoc deck management/polishing for
special projects, follow ups/status for key items with team
stakeholders Qualifications: Years of Experience Required: 2-4
overall years of experience in the field. Degrees or certifications
required: A degree is a preference for this role, more focus on
skill set Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
with a calm presence Strong project, task and time management
skills Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with
multiple stakeholders on status of work, help needed and next steps
in written (IM/Email) and virtual syncs (Teams) Strong written and
verbal English language Strong organizational, time management, and
project management skills with attention to detail Experience
working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, Ability to
navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on
ability to work fast paced environment and quality of work.
1Minimum 3 years experience with Supporting senior leaders ( The
resource will be working with four senior leaders, so relationship
management and presentation skills are crucial ) Minimum 3 years
experience with Project management Minimum 2 years experience with
