Fantastic opportunity with leading engineering firm in the city. You will take on a very multi-tasked role as you handle everything a typical coordinator might take on (phones, filing, mail, scanning, inventory, etc.) and many other duties that are going to challenge you by allowing you to use your strong Word, Excel, Power point, and Outlook skill sets. You could be called on to support project managers with their overflow. This is not the position for that candidate looking for a very structured job description but it is an incredible situation for the multi--tasked "always needing to be busy" individual.
