Job Description:
The AWS Worldwide Specialists Finance (WWSO) team is looking for
a Finance Manager to collaborate with senior business and finance
leaders in the Specialists organization. You'll spearhead
data-driven investment decisions, financial planning, and
controllership, directly impacting our global strategy and revenue
growth. Key job responsibilities - Develop and maintain key
performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics dashboards for WWSO
Core leadership, including productivity metrics - Design and
implement advanced financial models and analytical tools to support
critical decision-making - Create and implement business mechanisms
that are scalable to help your business partners make data-driven
decisions - Conduct in-depth analysis and present findings directly
to senior leaders - Lead the annual financial planning and
budgeting process A day in the life - Support existing business
review mechanisms (WBR, MBR etc.) and build new metric frameworks
for Geo Specialist coverage. Work with teams on get-to-green plans,
and measuring and assessing future risks. - Analyze key pipeline
and productivity metrics to drive business investment and outcomes
- High visibility with the AWS Specialist and Partner Finance
Director and Go-to-Market Specialists leaders About the team This
role sits within a deeply collaborative team that operates at the
intersection of strategy and execution, forging senior-level
business partnerships and enabling Go-To-Market solutions spanning
the full portfolio of AWS Services and the corresponding Sales
teams. - 5 years of tax, finance or a related analytical field
experience - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business,
economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math,
computer science), or Bachelor's degree and 5 years of quantitative
role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance)
experience - 6 years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data,
identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation
plan experience - 6 years of solving complex business challenges by
delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and
recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g.,
financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)
experience - Knowledge of SQL/ETL - Experience working with
large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS
Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples:
Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) - Experience delivering
forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data
interpretation of results - MBA, or CPA - 6 years of applying key
financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience - 6
years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that
inform business decision-making experience - 6 years of creating
process improvements with automation and analysis experience - 7
years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your
team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
