Job Description Non-CDL Shuttle Driver /n /n We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team inLakewood, WA. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. /n /n Transdev is proud to offer: /n /n CBA Position: Full-Time /n /n Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement: /n /n/n /n - $22.05 - $27.00 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale) /n /n - Starting pay $22.05 with progression to $27.00 over 5 years. /n /n - First pay increase 6 months from start date - $22.82 /n /n/n /n Benefits include: /n /n/n /n - Vacation: up to 80 hours per year after one (1) year of service. /n /n - Nine (9) paid holidays after completion of six (6) month probation /n /n - Paid Sick Leave: One (1) hr earned for each forty (40) hours worked after available after ninety (90) days of employment /n /n - Medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, and 401k retirement benefits. /n /n/n /n Benefits may vary depending on location policy. The above represents the standard Corporate Policy. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n/n /n - Safety-Focused Operations: Execute flawless operations by meticulously following designated routes and schedules, while adhering to stringent safety protocols and traffic regulations. /n /n - Passenger Care: Exhibit exceptional care and assistance towards passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation for all. /n /n - Vehicle Vigilance: Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip inspections, /n /n - promptly reporting any maintenance issues and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety equipment readiness. /n /n - Adherence to Protocols: Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, encompassing seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and compliance with regulatory mandates. /n /n - Other duties as required /n /n/n /n Qualifications: /n /n/n /n - 21 years or older /n /n - Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional) /n /n - Excellent communication & customer service skills. /n /n - Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed. /n /n - Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
