Accounts Payable Specialist Location: Auburn, WA (On-site)
Salary Range: $52,000 - $62,400 DOE Our client, an industry leader

process improvements. Overview of the Accounts Payable Role: Handle
full-cycle, non-inventory accounts payable, ensuring accurate and
timely processing. Perform data entry, matching, coding, and pay
runs for utilities and freight expenses. Process ACH and wire
payments (minimal check processing). Utilize JDE software for AP
transactions and reporting. Manage a paper-heavy workflow,
maintaining organized and thorough documentation. Support process
improvement initiatives to enhance AP efficiency and accuracy.
Preferred Qualification for the Accounts Payable Specialist : 2
years in full-cycle accounts payable. Proficiency in JDE or similar
ERP systems. Experience with ACH, wires, utilities, and freight
payments. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high
volumes of paperwork. A process-improvement mindset with keen
attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with AP
