Accounts Receivable Supervisor Location: Everett, WA | On-site Salary Range: $83,000-$96,000 DOE Our client, a well-respected nonprofit organization based in Western Washington, is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead their AR function. As an Accounts Receivable Supervisor , you will be a key member of the finance department, helping to ensure timely, accurate billing and collections processes while supporting and mentoring the AR team. Overview of the Accounts Receivable Supervisor role: Supervise and support the AR team with invoicing, payments, and reconciliations. Monitor aging reports and manage follow-up on outstanding accounts. Resolve billing issues and discrepancies efficiently. Oversee cash application and ensure proper general ledger postings. Provide monthly AR reporting to leadership. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account-related issues and streamline AR processes. Assist in developing AR procedures to drive efficiency and compliance. Train and support team members to meet performance goals. Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Supervisor : Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of AR experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of AR practices and GAAP. Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
