Hybrid flex options Stability with growth options - We are expanding Job Details Key Responsibilities: Process and manage Accounts Payable and Receivable in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Perform daily data entry and bookkeeping tasks Reconcile AP/AR accounts and customer deposits Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Support routine accounting operations Collaborate with team members to clarify transaction details as needed ? What You Bring: 3-5 Years in a A/P, A/R, and/or Bookkeeping role Proven experience with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Strong background in Accounts Payable/Receivable Excellent bookkeeping and data entry skills High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through Solid written and verbal communication skills Interested in hearing more?
