Project Accountant Location: West Seattle / On-site Salary
Range: $64,480 - $79,040 DOE Are you detail-oriented,

and industrial services-is seeking a Project Accountant to join
their growing team in West Seattle. This is a unique opportunity to

excellence. As a Project Accountant , you'll play a key role in the
financial operations that support field services across the
country. This position focuses on accurate invoicing, purchase
order management, and billing for complex service lines. It's a
great fit for professionals with strong organizational skills and
prior project accounting experience, especially in construction or
environmental services. Overview of the Project Accountant Role:
Manage billing operations for multiple service lines, ensuring
accuracy and timely submission of invoices. Perform data entry,
pull purchase orders, and conduct worksheet reviews in preparation
for client invoicing. Collaborate with internal teams to gather
required documentation and confirm project billing terms. Support
invoice generation, ensuring alignment with customer contracts and
scopes of work. Utilize Spectrum software and Excel for data
tracking and financial reporting. Communicate with project managers
and other stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies. Help
maintain audit-ready records and contribute to process improvements
across project accounting functions. Preferred Qualifications for
the Project Accountant: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance,
or a related field is preferred. Prior experience as a Project
Accountant or in a similar role is highly preferred. Background in
construction, environmental services, or industrial field
operations is a plus. Familiarity with Spectrum construction
accounting software is a strong advantage. High attention to detail
with solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to manage
multiple deadlines. A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a
