This is a fully on-site opportunity in Seattle, WA.KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide project management support for company projects
involving coordination between various groups within and across
divisions.
- Contribute to the success of the client by managing large
and/or complex programs and projects according to established
processes and procedures.
- Develop project plans, charters, and schedules that support
customer needs.
- Work with customers and business units to define objectives,
scope, and project deliverables.
- Negotiate with organizational management to obtain required
project resources.
- Monitor project schedules, costs, and progress to ensure timely
completion and achievement of project objectives.
- Communicate program and project status to participants and
stakeholders through written reports and formal presentations.
- Manage programs and projects related to designing, developing,
and implementing new systems and process improvements.
- Lead teams in project execution, ensuring adherence to
established project management methodologies and standards.
- Ensure all program and project documentation is completed
accurately and on time.
- Organize meetings with various work teams to gather and
disseminate information, plan and schedule tasks and resources,
generate timelines, and foster consensus and commitment for
deliverables.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external groups to
ensure successful project completion.
- Identify and communicate unresolved problems or potential
timeline issues, along with recommended corrective actions.
- Represent the division's project management organization to
internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and measuring project management best
practices.
- Mentor other project managers.
- Prepare business cases and divisional documentation.
- Track project issues and risks.
- Provide consulting, coaching, and mentoring to other project
managers as needed.
- Apply knowledge of organizational change management.
- Motivate team members by setting clear expectations and
fostering a sense of purpose and energy.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism, especially in
high-pressure situations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or
equivalent.
- At least 3 years managing finance transformation projects or
relevant finance systems and transformation experience.
- At least 3 years managing ERP projects and successful ERP
system implementations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, PeopleSoft,
etc.).
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, including project management,
system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Experience in scope, schedule, budgeting, risk evaluation,
quality, integration, staffing, and communication management.
- Experience managing large-scale or multiple medium-sized
projects.
- Experience implementing process improvement and technology
integration projects.
- Proven ability to work with customers to define tasks and
integrate business processes and technology into solutions.
- Leadership and mentoring experience.
- Advanced knowledge of project management principles, practices,
and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to build cross-functional, collaborative
relationships.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects to completion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop
independent solutions.The target hiring compensation range for this
role is $110 to $120 per hour, based on factors such as education,
