it!As our Senior People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner,
you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering our people
strategy in the US and with our team in Australia. This is a true
generalist role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced,
high-growth environment and who is passionate about building a
strong culture and building and supporting high performing
individuals and teams - underpinned by an exciting and rewarding
people experience.You'll partner closely with our PEO and finance
team in the US to ensure smooth P&C operations, compliance, and
benefits administration, while also acting as a trusted advisor to
leaders and employees across the business. From employee relations
and performance management to talent development and organizational
design, you'll be a key driver of our people agenda at all levels
of our organization.What you will be doing
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders at all levels,
providing guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles,
partnering with hiring managers to define needs and attract and
onboard top talent.
- Act as recruitment lead as well as engage with internal and
external recruiters as required.
- Collaborate with global teams to support scalable, inclusive
hiring processes and practices across all regions, with a key focus
on the US.
- Manage and optimize the relationship with our US PEO, ensuring
compliance, wellbeing and benefits processes run smoothly.
- Support and coach leaders on performance management, leave
management, employee relations, and leadership & team
development.
- Lead and support P&C initiatives including onboarding,
engagement, DEI, learning & development and immigration
administration; to ensure future capability is met and enable teams
to scale and be set up for success.
- Collaborate with the P&C and People Experience teams to
design and implement scalable programs and policies.
- Collaborate with the Finance/Payroll team around PEO activity,
internal changes and regular reporting.
- Analyze people data and trends to inform decision-making and
improve employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment
laws and regulations.
- Lead the company's management and response to ER issues and
matters, advising leadership and collaborating with external
counsel if required.
- Contribute to global P&C projects and help align local
practices with our global people strategy. E.g. Leadership
Development initiativesWhat you'll bring
- 6+ years of progressive P&C experience in the USA, ideally
in a high-growth or tech environment
- Strong P&C generalist background with experience across
employee relations, performance, compliance, and talent
development
- Deeply aligned with Kasada's values and able to promote and
drive them in your day to day work and inspire others to do the
same
- Passionate about understanding what drives and empowers people
and seeking to deeply understand human behaviors and
motivations.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and work
inclusively and effectively with people at all levels to deliver
outstanding results and achieve our strategic goals.
- A mindset of continuous improvement that enables incredible
employee experiences, using a lens of how easy, meaningful and
enjoyable a process can be.
- Experience working with or managing a PEO relationship in the
USA
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
able to build trust and influence at all levels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment
with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience as part of and supporting global teams is a plus
(especially with Australia is a plus)
- Passionate and proven experience building inclusive,
high-performing teams, culture and experiences.
- An eye for detail, great organization and be able to
effectively work on multiple tasks in parallel.$150,000 - $180,000
a yearWe are committed to offering a fair compensation package that
reflects the level of expertise and skills each individual brings
to the role. Compensation listed reflect base salary, it does not
include any variable compensation, equity or benefits. Individual
pay is determined by a variety of factors, including job-related
